Fashion showcase will celebrate National Women's Enterprise Day

The Kildare Fashion & Textiles Hub is being developed in Monasterevin.

A showcase event for Kildare women fashion entrepreneurs will be held at Keadeen Hotel in Newbridge on 16 October, writes Brian Byrne. Organised by Local Enterprise Office Kildare, Styled for Success will celebrate National Women's Enterprise Day.

During the event, Jacqui McNabb of LEO Kildare will give a preview of the Kildare Fashion & Textiles Hub being developed in the former Bank of Ireland building in Monasterevin (above). 

Styled for Success is organised in collaboration with the County Kildare Chamber and the Network Ireland Kildare Branch. It will feature designers, makers, and brand owners from across the county, as well as pop-up boutiques and a fashion show narrated by Sonya Lennon.

The showcase includes networking and shopping opportunities, and the LEO Kildare team will be on hand to discuss the fashion business in the county. 

Tickets are €20 and can be booked at the LEO Kildare website.
