Doggy photo shoot for animal welfare charity

If you believe your dog has model potential, there is a free photoshoot for canines on two upcoming Wednesdays, 20 and 27 August, writes Brian Byrne. They may be featured in a doggy calendar to support Kildare West Wicklow SPCA. 

The shoots are scheduled at 7pm each evening, with snappers from the Kilcullen Photography Club. Dogs must be booked in by emailing doggycalendar2026@gmail.com. 

The calendar will be launched at a Table Quiz in Fallons on Thursday, 27 November, with tables available for booking on Eventbrite.
