Demystifying Local Government

An online event organised by the Kildare Public Participation Network on 6 May is aimed at demystifying Local Government. The two-hour event begins at 7pm.

Among the subjects to be discussed are how local government works, local government structures, functions of committees, the role of the PPN, how decisions are made, and how what happens in local areas can be influenced by people.
