KWWSPCA events this weekend

The KWWSPCA’s Fashion PopUp Shop will take place this Saturday and Sunday, 26 and 27 April, in Newbridge Town Hall from 11am– 4pm each day. There will be a wide range of ladies clothes and accessories on sale as well as men’s and children’s clothes. The PopUp will be combined with a Spring Fair where we will be selling lots of good quality china and household goods, jewellery, pet products, plants, books and other items that have been donated to the KWWSPCA. Light refreshments will be available. Our very talented artist will also be doing her Pet Pawtraits of your pet – bring a good photograph and she will be able to paint a portrait for you while you are waiting. Entry is free and there is plenty of parking in the car park behind the Town Hall.

Walking Sunday at Punchestown

Walking Sunday is a tradition that has been taking place for many years. The Sunday before the famous Punchestown Racing Festival, local people are invited to walk around the course and its facilities. The KWWSPCA is the chosen charity this year and some of its rescue dogs will be at the event. There will be a coffee stall and an ice-cream stall and everyone is welcome. Entry is free and there is free parking, but donations to the KWWSPCA would be gratefully received.
