Saoirse Ronan film in cinema tonight

A reminder that this evening, Tuesday 4 February, Saoirse Ronan stars in The Outrun in the Kilcullen Bridge Cinema season of films themed on Brigid. 

It is the story of Rona, who after 10 years of spiralling into addiction in London, returns home to the Orkney Islands, hoping to maintain her recovery. Attempting to reconcile her complex family history as well as her destructive past behaviours, she takes a job with a wildlife conservation charity — allowing her to connect with the nature of her childhood home. 

Saoirse Ronan has been lauded for her extraordinary performance in this role. Screening at 8pm. Tickets at Woodbine Books, at Eventbrite, or on the door if seats are available.
