Planning permissions for warehouse, communications mast
Planning permission has been granted for a regional distribution warehouse and logistics centre at the Kilcullen Business Campus, writes Brian Byrne. The developer is CMT Transport Ltd, and the project includes six loading bays at the location on site 11 on the campus. In all, the main building will have a gross floor area of 3,238 sq m.
There are 32 conditions applying to the development, for which the application was made last January.
Permission has also been granted for the erection of a 24-metre telecommunications tower at Beechmount, Yellowbog Common. The applicant was APW UK WIP Limited t/a Icon Tower. There are 17 conditions attached to the permission.
