KCA April Open Meeting on Tuesday

A range of upcoming events organised by Kilcullen Community Action will be discussed at the April Open Meeting of the group on Tuesday next 9 April, writes Brian Byrne. Everybody is welcome to attend the meeting in the Heritage Centre, starting at 8pm.

Among the events being planned are the annual Kilcullen in Bloom flowers decoration of the town, a Library Garden Family Day, an August Valley Festival, and a river event for Biodiversity Week.

Other items for discussion include finalising the KCA Newsletter which will be distributed with the May Bridge, as well as an update on the Town Design principles which were the subject of a recent internal KCA workshop.

New members to the group are always welcomed and anyone with an interest in helping with any aspect of KCA activities can contact a member of the group, or simply go along on the evening.
