Committee Skills workshop

A workshop on Committee Skills training for community groups will be held at Kildare County Council in Naas on Wednesday 21 February.

The event is being organised by the Kildare Public Participation Network and will start at 10.30am under the direction of trainer Tony McKenna.

Participants will learn agenda setting, facilitation, and time optimisation. Conflict resolution techniques will also be explored. Strategies for follow-up, accountability, and continuous improvement are other areas for discussion.
