'Whack-A-Pole' on the bridge last night

In yet another traffic incident at the bridge in Kilcullen, someone decided to play 'Whack-A-Pole' overnight, writes Brian Byrne.

The pole, which had direction signs to a number of local amenities, was snapped off at the base by the impact.

The incident was on a place where vehicles have all too often lost control over the years. The most recent saw the bridge wall severely damaged, and still awaiting repair.
