The passing of Paddy McGlynn

The Diary has learned of the death of Patrick (Paddy) McGlynn, of Silliott Hill Kilcullen, and formerly of Clontibret, Co Monaghan, on Saturday 10 June 2023 in the tender care of the staff of Tallaght Hospital. 

Predeceased by his beloved wife Marie and daughter Sinéad, Paddy is sadly missed by his loving daughter Gráinne, sons Paul and Padraig, sisters Patricia and Peggy, sons-in-law Derek and Alan, daughter-in-law Kim, grandchildren Sinéad, Darren, Sarah Ann, Laura, Conor, Lauren, Bláthnaid, Chloe, Riley, Jack, and Jacob, great-granddaughter Bowe, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

He will be reposing at the George Mullins Funeral Home, Kilcullen Road, Naas (W91 CD0K) on Tuesday from 4pm to 7pm with Prayers at 6.30pm. Funeral on Wednesday with Requiem Mass at 11am in the Church of The Irish Martyrs, Ballycane, Naas (W91 K6CT) and afterwards to Newland's Cross Crematorium.
