Michelle Reddy joins Burke's Pharmacy Group

Local Nutrition and Health coach Michelle Reddy has joined the Burke’s Pharmacy Group. Based in Kilcullen, Michelle will be the lead Nutritionist within Burke Pharmacy. With over 25 years experience giving healthcare advice within her community, Michelle is delighted to combine her knowledge of nutrition and healthcare within the pharmacy. 

Michelle will provide professional and knowledgeable information regarding nutrition and supplements, which she feels is very important in a Pharmacy. Educating people on their food choices along with supplement usage, is essential for a healthy body. After all, it is a balance of healthy eating, exercise, stress management and the right supplements that will help support a healthy body. 

Sports: Michelle will be there to provide advice on sports nutrition and supplements. Also, hosting talks within Burkes pharmacy to support local sports clubs - giving advice on proper nutrition and supplements. 

Menopause: Menopause advice is always on hand, supporting women on their journey throughout menopause, giving nutrition and lifestyle advice along with the correct supplements that can help support a healthier journey into and throughout menopause. 

Family: Family nutrition and supplement advice is very important, we need to support our children as they grow and throughout their school years to keep them healthy.
