CPC students' art exhibited in Limerick
Artwork by students from Cross & Passion College was part of a national schools art exhibition in the Limerick School of Art & Design at the end of last month.
Their work was selected by an independent curator for an exhibition in the LSAD's Church Gallery on 28-29 April.
CPC Art Teacher Lesley Kelly's 5th Year student Kalina Slattery, explored a theme based on 'Connection' through the medium of painting and 2nd Year students Amy Egan, Sariah Broughall, Daniel Lynch, Sean Plunkett, Tyler Quinn and Roisin Munnelly explored a theme on 'Litter' through the medium of print.
Mr Dolan's 3rd Year students Jack Walsh, Eleanor Steed, Emily Strong and Keelagh Kelly explored the theme 'Superstition' through the medium of stop motion animation.
The students worked under the guidance of Ms Rebekah Nolan, during her teacher training placement at CPC.
The artwork on display, along with artwork from other schools across Ireland, reflected the high standard of creativity and talent from Cross & Passion College art students.
