Tai Chi for 2023

Tai Chi classes conducted by Yuki Kobayashi will resume in Kilcullen Parish Centre on Thursday 12 January, from 10am, writes Brian Byrne. Her classes at the centre have been in place since 2017, and have attracted a regular loyal following.

Yuki also leads classes at Teach Diarmada in Castledermot, restarting from Tuesday 10 January at 10am, and outdoors at Moyle Abbey Organic Farm on Wednesdays at 11am and Saturdays at 10am.

"I hope many of you will join us this journey of empowering and re-connecting with oneself in the friendly, supportive group," she says for 2023.
