Sunnyhill Road footpath work proceeding

Work is proceeding apace on the footpath at Sunnyhill Road, writes Brian Byrne.

The path will link the entrance to Cnoc na Greine to the existing one along by New Abbey estate on the Kilcullen-Newbridge Road.

In addition to providing a safe passage along that section of Sunnyhill Road for pedestrians and families with buggies, it will offer a walking loop circling the Cnoc na Greine, New Abbey and Newberry estates area via Cnoc na Greine Avenue that will be very much welcomed by regular walkers.
