Creative writing group meeting tonight

A reminder that as part of the Brigid 1500 celebratory year, a creative writing group is being established in Kilcullen, writes Brian Byrne. The first meeting is tonight, in Woodbine Books, from 7pm.

The group is open to anybody interested in joining. No experience in creative writing is necessary.

Writing can be fiction, non-fiction, poetry or prose, and a selection of the group's work will appear each month in The Bridge. The contributions to the February issue comprised poems by Ilona Blunden and Pauline Fagan.
