The passing of Ciss Fanning

The Diary has learned of the death of Brigid (Ciss) Fanning, née Ryan, Conroy Park, Kilcullen, on 15 December 2022, at Naas General Hospital in the presence of her loving family. 

Beloved wife of the late Sean, Ciss was predeceased by her sons Thomas and John and her daughter Catherine, also her brothers Paddy, Joe and Jimmy, and sisters Maisie and Kitty. Her passing is deeply regretted by her loving son Anthony, daughters Teresa and Patricia, sons-in-law and daughters-in-law grandchildren, great -grandchildren, nieces, nephews, neighbours, relatives and friends.

Ciss will be reposing at Doyle's Funeral Home, Ballymount (Eircode W91 RX37) tomorrow Saturday 17 December from 5pm to 8pm with prayers at 7.30pm. Removal from her residence will be on Sunday morning to The Church of the Sacred Heart and St Brigid, Kilcullen, arriving for 11am requiem Mass. 

Brigid's funeral Mass will be live-streamed on www.mcnmedia.tv funeral afterwards to St Brigid's Cemetery. House private, please.
