Massive Kilcullen Christmas Market on Saturday


The Kilcullen Christmas Market 2022 will be the big local event of this weekend, on Saturday next 3 December, writes Brian Byrne.
The market this year will be on the grounds of Kilcullen Community Centre, between 10am-4pm.
Among the some 50 stands in place will be Gilltown Preserves, Kildare Bee Man, Ruth's Homebaked, Des Dunne Woodcraft, Soap Obsessed, F and H Crafts, Cynthia’s Creative Crafts, Alisha McGuire Daly's jewellery and candles, Sinead Harris’s art work, art from Judy Baker, Nolan’s of Kilcullen, Anamaria Hovenden from AH Jewellery, Jane Russell’s Original Irish Sausages, Tom Berney from BUAN Crafts, Stina Flowers Kilcullen, Niamh O’Connor's Curious Quirkes, Eileen Farnan  with the cutest crochet gifts, artist Norah Harte, Mary Stack gifts, Giedre Giedre Flowers, Stinky and Scorchy sauces, Kelly’s ice cream, Solas Moon Crystals, Niall’s Xmas Bakes, Gourmet Graters, Kildare Honey, Jenny's PomPoms, Bespoke Frames from Michaela Fagan, Croft’s Treats home baked goods, multiple awards-winning local sustainable personal and home care company Faerly, Pat Munnelly's Christmas wreaths, and Hermitage Molly Candles. And many more.
Santa will also pay a visit — his Grotto will be open from 12 noon to 3pm, with his elves doing face-painting while the children wait to talk to him.
Parking will be available at Kilcullen GAA.
