Bridge Community Nature Trail is reopening to public

Refurbishing the Trail.

The Bridge Community Nature Trail will be reopened to the public on Tuesday 1 November after being closed for more than two and a half years, writes Brian Byrne.

There will be a celebratory aspect to the reopening at 2.30pm on the day, and all are welcome.

Kilcullen Community Action volunteers and workers recently helped with some reclamation work recently on the walk, which was closed by the Bridge Camphill community with the arrival of the coronavirus, which had serious implications for a vulnerable group within its service users.

The 700-metre Trail was built in 2012.
