Site meeting agreed for KARE entrance

Officials of Kildare County Council are to visit the site of the entrance to KARE in Kilcullen to consider if a yellow box junction can be placed there, writes Brian Byrne.

This follows a question from Cllr Tracey O’Dwyer at today’s meeting of the Kildare-Newbridge Municipal District asking for the box, to facilitate safe access for the service users’ buses.

Officials agreed that due to the nature of the access required at the location, a site meeting is appropriate to discuss the matter further.
