Discussion on menopause
A discussion on the menopause will take place on 18 October in Killashee House Hotel, as part of the Let's Talk Health series organised by Network Ireland.
The guest speaker is Mary McHugh, who draw on her own experience of early menopause to guide women towards recognising the symptoms and dealing particularly with the mental health aspects.
The event, which is free for Network members and €10 for non-members, begins at 7.30pm.
