The passing of Joan Duffy (née Fitzgerald)

The Diary has learned of the death of Joan Duffy (née Fitzgerald) of Kilcullen, and Castlemahon, Limerick. She passed away peacefully on Friday 10 June, following an illness borne bravely, in the company of family and friends. 

Joan is survived by her loving husband Gary, brothers, sisters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in law, father-in law, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, relatives and amazing friends, whom she loved very much. Joan loved life and lived every minute.

She will be reposing at her home in Kilcullen (eircode R56 EN83) on Wednesday 15th June from 4-8pm. Her Funeral Mass will be in Castlemahon, Co Limerick on Thursday 16th June at 1pm, followed by a private cremation at Shannon Crematorium.
