Lean business workshop for Kildare food enterprises

A morning workshop on Tuesday next, 21 June, will offer food and drink business entrepreneurs in County Kildare pointers on how to reduce wastes, deliver value for the customer, and how to engage their teams in the whole process.

The event, hosted by the Kildare Local Enterprise Office under the Flavours of Kildare Network initiative, will feature guest speaker Mark English, a specialist in 'lean' business management, and will include a live case study speaker from the food industry.

The Flavours of Kildare network is geared to food and drink producers, retailers and distributors as well as food service and supply businesses in the county, with a view to nurturing Kildare's status as an iconic county for food.
