Text Alert volunteers needed urgently

An Garda Síochána reminds people to be vigilant in their residential areas. Nobody knows an area better than the people living in it. If you see anything of a suspicious nature, or something that looks out of place please note as much information and details as possible and contact the Gardai.

  IMPORTANT NOTE: This is one of the regular Text Alerts which are issued by the Kilcullen Garda District text alert scheme. It has helped prevent crime and also apprehend criminals in this area. The people who have managed the scheme as volunteers for the last ten years are stepping down from this committee and appealing for at least six volunteers to form a new committee.
