Nichola's book will help you choose your glasses

An e-book to help people decide what kind of glasses they should buy has been produced by Kilcullen optician Nichola Kennedy, writes Brian Byrne.

The short book, Frame Shapes for Face Shapes, is available free for download here, and looks at various shapes of faces as well as the styles of spectacles which are best suited to each.

Nichola has dedicated the publication to all the clients who have supported her in her journey as an optometrist and styling optician.
