It's a gold medals week for Nolan's of Kilcullen

Nolans of Kilcullen won three gold medals yesterday at the international competitions at IFFA — the international trade fair for the meat industry, currently under way in Frankfurt, writes Brian Byrne.

The wins were for Cranberry Black Pudding, White Pudding, and Hazlett. 

"A great start for all at Team Nolan's of Kilcullen," James Nolan said, adding that there were good hopes for more gold today.

James is pictured with IFFA’s Carolin Gericke and Eckhart Neun, President of the German Butchers Federation.

The Fair has 860 exhibitors from 44 countries, with more than half from outside Germany.
