'The Pride of Parnell Street' to be presented by the Moat Club in Naas next week is a view of the lives, love, and complexities of a separated couple living in Dublin through the 1990s.
Directed by Barbara Sheridan, the play Sebastian Barry is the last in a season of three exploring what the group describes as 'the world of the modern Irish male in all his complexity, hilarity and confusion'.
The production features Gerard O’Shea as Joe and Rossagh Cusack as Janet and will run from 12-16 October. It was due to be staged last October and was rehearsed over the summer and autumn of 2020 partly by Zoom because of social distancing restrictions. After one performance last autumn it was deferred until now.
Tickets are available for a Pod of 2 €30, Pod of 4 €60. Contact box office at 045 883030 or book online here.
