Car park planning application by Fallons

A planning application has been lodged by Brian Fallon to alter and extend the existing car park behind Fallons Bar & Restaurant.

The application proposes the construction of a new access road onto Riverside Road and creating a new car parking layout of 44 spaces.

The plan includes the provision of a pay as you go electric car charging point, and a bicycle parking stand.
