Old Kilcullen Picnic on the Green in full swing

It didn't look good even an hour before it started, with rain bucketing down, but the Old Kilcullen Area Community Association Picnic on the Green actually got off to a sunny and summery start a short time ago.

The Diary had to leave early, but we reckon it's a really swinging session by now.
