Application for housing development at Brownstown

An application to build nine homes on a site opposite the Kilcullen Link Business Park has been lodged by Nyle Rafferty.

The proposal involves the demolition of an existing house and outbuildings and the construction of one-and-a-half storey detached houses and associated works.

Submissions can be made up to 26 September 2021, and the planning number is 211205.

An application in 2001 for outline permission to build 18 houses on the site was refused by Kildare County Council.
