Expertise for business on employees return to workplace
Members of County Kildare Chamber will have access to expert human resources advice on reopening their businesses safely as their employees return to the workplace, writes Brian Byrne.
This follows a a strategic partnership by the Greater Dublin Chamber Alliance with Adare Human Resources Management, one of Ireland's leading consultancies in HR, Employment Law, and Health & Safety.
Members of the Greater Dublin Chamber Alliance will also benefit from regular events and communications updating them on the latest employment legislation and HR best practice as well as HR forums and networking.
A range of scheduled training courses can be accessed here, through July and August, on subjects including a planned approach to returning to the workplace, restructuring and redundancy, the right to disconnect, and conflict and dispute resolution.
