Call for participation in Culture Night 2021

Mural commissions in the Kildare-Newbridge Municipal District are part of the plan for Culture Night 2021, which will be celebrated nationally on Friday 17 September, writes Brian Byrne.

Kildare County Council has issued a call for interested participants in a number of public facing projects across art forms to complement the occasion, when venues and events are open to the public free of charge.

The projects are open to Kildare-based artists, performers, organisations and community groups, with commissions funding available from €1,000-€3,000 for successful applications.
