AGM of Kildare Credit Union will be online

The Annual General Meeting of Kildare Credit Union Limited will take place on 7 April 2021, starting at 7pm.

Because of the pandemic, the meeting will take place virtually, with all members open to attend. Members over 16 years of age with €5 or more in their account will be eligible to vote.

There are four vacancies on the Board of Directors, one vacancy on the Board Oversight Committee and one vacancy for Auditor.

The Annual Report & Accounts 2020, and details of how to attend the virtual meeting, have been posted to all members.
