Kaytlyn wins DCU scholarship

Kaytlyn Walsh, who was a student at Cross and Passion College, has been awarded a €500 Academic Scholarship for her studies at Dublin City University.

She is one of 18 students from County Kildare who received the awards from the University, in recognition of them achieving 550 points or more in the Leaving Certificate. Kaytlyn is undertaking the Bachelor of Education degree.

A total of €153,500 worth of scholarships were presented to 307 first year students from around the country at DCU this year.
