Community Centre traffic layout now completed

The final phase of our project to improve Kilcullen Community Centre's car park has been completed by Highway Markings, writes Enda O'Neill.

There is a new system now in place with clear marking to direct the traffic. This one-way system when you enter the Centre area encourages users to slow down while in their vehicles. This makes the area a safer place for pedestrians to walk.

There are an additional 10 parking spaces in total with our new system, eight at the rear of the Centre, where we also resurfaced last month.

Kilcullen Community Centre board and management would like to thank Cllr Tracey O’Dwyer and Mark Phelan of MP Geomatics Survey Solutions for their support and inputs over the last few weeks in helping to get this important project over the line.
