Even closed, An Tearmann is helping our Christmas spirit

One of the places we all miss most during this pandemic is An Tearmann, which had to close very quickly to protect its vulnerable Bridge community, writes Brian Byrne.

Apart from the coffee shop buzz, it was always one of the bright spots when the darker evenings came, thanks to a great taste in decorating windows.

Well, though the coffee and gift shop still can't be opened for the coming Christmas, that hasn't stopped them all brightening up their patch of the streetscape in a beautifully seasonal way.
