Grangecon online market helps reduce food waste

Operated by Grangecon native Hannah Fox, the market allows customers to pre-order their needs from upwards of 28 suppliers and pick them all up in their own crate on Thursday evenings. The system is time-efficient for customers, and helps producers who know exactly want they need to prepare for their customers.
