For the sake of a few moments ...
From time to time I post litter pictures on the Diary, just to try and get a message across, writes Brian Byrne. But much of the time I back off, because there's so much more to Kilcullen than the actions of probably a very tiny group of people.
A resident of Riverside Manor sent this, however, with a request to highlight what was left down by the river after one of the recent sunny afternoons. The area is part of the generous green space that came with the development.
It would have been the work of just a few moments for the people involved to gather the cans and wrappings into the also-discarded Spar bags and drop the lot into a bin on the way home.
But such moments must be hard to find ...
Real Kilcullen People don't Mess with Kilcullen.
