Change of use application for former restaurant
An application for change of use of No 10 Main Street in Kilcullen to residential has been lodged with Kildare County Council, writes Brian Byrne.
The property has in recent years been used as a restaurant, having previously been a guest house. It was most recently Crean's Place.
The application also seeks retention permission for a single-storey extension to the rear of the building, which will also be changed to residential. Five car parking spaces and two cycle spaces are part of the application.
Submissions may be made up to 17 September 2020, and the planning number is 20917.
