Wall repairs 'within two weeks'

The long-delayed repairs to the wall above the Valley park will be carried out within the next two weeks, writes Brian Byrne.

Last evening's meeting of Kilcullen Community Action got the good news from Cllr Tracey O'Dwyer.

The work had been agreed with a contractor by Kildare County Council earlier in the year, but the job was shelved during the pandemic restrictions.

The wall is regularly hit by trucks travelling the New Abbey Road.
