Online cardiac rehab programme from Karen

An eight-week online cardiac rehab programme is now available from Heart2Heart Cardiac Physiotherapy, based in Kilcullen Business Campus, Knockbounce.

Directed by Karen Cradock, the programme is suitable for anyone with a cardiac condition which may include Heart Attack, Heart Surgery, Heart Failure, Atrial Fibrillation, Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS), or Cardiac Stent.

The practice also caters for clients who are at risk of a cardiac event.

The process stages are Assessment, E-learning education about the condition, Exercise sessions, and regular follow-up.
