Planning for 54 houses refused
The application by Knoxpark Developments Limited was for 2-, 3- and 4-bedroomed homes, behind the existing estate originally built by George Brown.
The original estate was built in the 1970s, leaving the bulk of the originally planned site with services and infrastructure in place.
The decision to refuse was made last Tuesday.
