Memory Lane: Christmas 1965 in Moyola

It's the kind of day and times that one takes a look back through old family albums, writes Brian Byrne.

This morning I found a few photos from Christmas 1965, of some of the local people who came to our family home, Moyola, each year on Christmas morning for drinks.

The room is one which was used as a dry goods store for the Hide Out Grill restaurant, hence the backgrounds.

I have some of the names in my head still, 'Peenie' Neill is there, and Simon Maguire, and others. If any of the 'old' Kilcullen generation wants to send all the names, feel free (over to you, John Brady!).
