#GE2020: Progressing tally count shows trends

With 14 of 131 boxes tallied in Kildare South, Sinn Fein is on 24.7pc first preferences, with Fianna Fail on 20.5pc, Fine Gael 19.1pc and Labour 12.1pc, writes Brian Byrne.

Independents are registering at 14.3pc, the Green Party at 3.4pc, and Social Democrats 2.6pc.

The Fianna Fail vote is divided between two candidates, with Fiona O'Loughlin at 13.2pc and Suzanne Doyle getting 7.4pc in the tally results so far.

Of the Independents, Cathal Berry is showing 9.4pc and Fiona McLoughlin Healy stands at 4.9pc.

There's still room for changes up or down, and then when it gets to the real count, the transfers are still all to play for.
