Weather: cloud, brighter later, chilling down

A bright cloudy start, not going to get much better until a patch of clear skies in late afternoon.

Apart from a possible lunchtime shower and some rain later this evening, it looks like being otherwise dry. Winds changeable, mostly light.

The early high of 7degC will slide down to a couple above freezing by tea, but will warm a bit with the late drop of rain.
