Road safety funds for Brannockstown welcomed

An application for government funds for road safety works in Brannockstown has resulted in an allocation of €25,000.

The news has been welcomed by Cllr Tracey O'Dwyer, who thanked Kildare County Council and its engineering staff for taking on board the road safety concerns she raised through motions and questions through 2019.

She also expressed her thanks to Deputy Martin Heydon for his support for the application.
