Unforgettable night at Castlemartin

Some images from an unforgettable night at St Mary’s Church Castlemartin, writes Gerry O'Donoghue of Maintain Hope. There was an enthusiastic full house and a varied and enchanting programme of song, story, poetry and music.

Thanks to the Malone Family and Clementville for such an atmospheric venue. John Martin as well as his own contribution, linked and wove the performances together and put us all at ease. Monica’s epic ascent to the organ loft ensured a full throated choral end to the evening.

In between, Majella and Alma Hickey, Francie O Brien, Dick Dunphy, Leah O’Sullivan, Mae Leonard and Noel O’ Grady had us spellbound with note and chord and word.
