Ballyshannon meeting tonight to discuss 'next steps'

A reminder that a public meeting will be held in Ballyshannon tonight, Thursday 5 December, to discuss the next steps of the campaign to stop the proposed Kilsaran development at Racefield, Ballyshannon.

The proposal was denied permission by Kildare County Council last week, but the Ballyshannon Action Group reminds its supporters that Kilsaran have the right to appeal the decision to An Bord Pleanala.

Thanking all who supported the campaign, the Group says it was a 'massive community effort'.

The meeting begins at 8pm and all are welcome to attend.
