The Seafarer in final rehearsals
The Kilcullen Drama Group presentation of The Seafarer by Conor McPherson is in its last week or so of rehearsals before the cast take to the boards in the Town Hall on 20 November, writes Brian Byrne.
They are Connor Ryan as Sharky, Maurice O’Mahony as Richard, Fergal Sloan as Ivan, Liam McManus as Nicky and Alan Clarke as Mr Lockhart.
According to director Mischa Fekete, the play is a fine balance of comedy and darkness, and the rehearsals have brought out some very fine acting among the cast, which includes new faces to the Group.
