Siliott Hill to close for week

The Silliot Hill Recycling and Waste Facility will be closed for a week from Monday next, Kildare County Council says.

The closure is for 'necessary site improvements' and the facility will reopen on Monday 2 December.

In the meantime, the Council is opening the Gallows Hill facility in Athy for five days next week to ensure people have somewhere to recycle and dispose of waste.
