New planning application for Riverside Manor

Part of the original Riverside Manor development.
A new planning application has been submitted to Kildare County Council for Phase 2 of Riverside Manor, writes Brian Byrne.

The application, by Alchemy Homes Development (Naas) Limited, seeks permission for revision to a section of the previously approved residential scheme (Planning Reference 13/1019), and refers to 8 two storey 1-bed maisonettes, 54 3-bed two-storey terrace houses and 28 2-bed apartments in a three-storey plus penthouse block, with bin store, car and bicycle parking.

The application includes the extension of the internal road network, sewerage, surface water and water connections, landscaping and ancillary works.

The original planning permission for the overall development was granted in 2008, and an extension of duration was granted in 2014.

The new application file number is 191000 and submissions should be made by 10/10/2019.
